Zur Erweiterung unseres pharmazeutischen Retouren-Teams bei Redcare Pharmacy suchen wir engagierte Teamplayer:innen, die ihre pharmazeutische Ausbildung zur:m PTA (m/w/d) als fundierte Basis für eine weiterführende fachliche Entwicklung nutzen möchten.

Stellenbeschreibung

In dieser Position begleitest du die Abwicklung pharmazeutischer Retouren und arbeitest an einer zentralen Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, Qualität, Einkauf und Lieferanten. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für qualitätsrelevante Prozesse und trägst aktiv dazu bei, regulatorische Anforderungen und interne Standards sicherzustellen.

Die Rolle richtet sich an eine:n PTA (m/w/d), die:der sich über ihre klassische Ausbildung hinaus weiterentwickeln möchte und Interesse an prozessualen, logistischen und qualitätsbezogenen Aufgaben haben. Deine fachliche Entwicklung unterstützen wir durch strukturierte Einarbeitung, interne Trainings und gezielte Weiterbildungsangebote.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Bearbeitung von pharmazeutischen Kunden-, Logistik- und Hersteller-Retouren.
  • Prüfung von Retouren unter Berücksichtigung pharmazeutischer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen.
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten sowie internen Fachbereichen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung und weiteren pharmazeutischen Teams
  • Administrative Abwicklung sowie Dokumentation der (Rück-)Versandprozesse.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen im Retourenbereich.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als PTA (m/w/d) – Berufseinsteigende ebenso willkommen wie ein:e bereits erfahrene:r PTA (m/w/d).
  • Interesse an pharmazeutischen Prozessen über die klassische Apothekenarbeit hinaus, insbesondere in den Bereichen Logistik und Qualität.
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics AX von Vorteil.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Niederländisch von Vorteil.
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
