Über die Rolle:

Als Teamleiter:in in unserem Logistikzentrum bist du für den reibungslosen Ablauf der operativen Prozesse in deinem Bereich verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass Qualitäts- und Mengenstandards eingehalten werden, um unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.

Stellenbeschreibung

Über deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Führung eines Teams von 20–50 Mitarbeitenden im Logistikbereich
  • Coaching, Schulung und Motivation des Teams zur Sicherstellung von Performance und Weiterentwicklung
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für operative und personelle Themen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der täglichen Betriebsabläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teamleitern sowie Reporting an den Schichtleiter oder Workflow
  • Erstellung von Personaleinsatzplänen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Kontrolle von Anwesenheiten, Pausen- und Arbeitszeiten

Qualifikationen

Über dich:

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitenden (auch Quereinstieg möglich) oder fundierte Kenntnisse in Lager- und Logistikprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offene, ehrliche Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Vertrauen im Team aufzubauen
  • Hohe Teamorientierung sowie ein gutes Gespür für Mitarbeitende und operative Abläufe
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Niederländisch von Vorteil
