* Objetivo do trabalho: O Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho tem a função de garantir a segurança e saúde dos colaboradores, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável. Este profissional irá desenvolver e implementar programas de segurança, a fim de prevenir acidentes e promover a conscientização sobre práticas seguras nas atividades da empresa. Seu trabalho é fundamental para assegurar o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras e contribuir para a excelência operacional da empresa.

* Responsabilidades:

Participam da elaboração e implementam política de saúde e segurança do trabalho; realizam diagnóstico da situação de SST da instituição; identificam variáveis de controle de doenças, acidentes, qualidade de vida e meio ambiente. Desenvolvem ações educativas na área de saúde e segurança do trabalho; integram processos de negociação. Participam da adoção de tecnologias e processos de trabalho; investigam, analisam acidentes de trabalho e recomendam medidas de prevenção e controle. Realizam treinamento sobre prática de segurança. Obedece e cumpre normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa e do cliente.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral das normas regulamentadoras de segurança do trabalho e práticas de saúde ocupacional.

- Habilidade de comunicação clara e efetiva, tanto oral quanto escrita, para interação com colaboradores e gestão.

- Capacidade analítica para identificar riscos potenciais e desenvolver soluções práticas.

- Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de gestão de segurança e programas de controle de riscos.

- Certificação em Segurança do Trabalho é obrigatória (técnico ou superior).

* Qualificações educacionais:

- Formação técnica ou superior na área de Segurança do Trabalho ou áreas correlatas.

* Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência anterior em função semelhante, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial, é um diferencial.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático sobre normas de segurança e saúde no trabalho.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e negociar com diferentes áreas.

- Habilidade em resolver problemas e tomar decisões relacionadas à segurança.
