Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Especialista en Inteligencia de Negocios (BI) para incorporarse a una importante empresa del rubro Farmacéutico. 💊📊

El objetivo de la posición es brindar soporte estratégico e integral a la gerencia comercial, transformando datos de mercado en insights accionables para la correcta toma de decisiones, proyecciones de ventas (forecast), control de presupuesto y análisis transversal con las áreas de Marketing y Producción. 📈💡

Principales Desafíos y Responsabilidades

📊 Análisis de Mercado: Gestión y análisis de datos para la medición de recetas, moléculas, comportamiento de categorías y competidores.

📈 Control de Gestión y BI: Desarrollo de tableros de control (dashboards), informes gerenciales y seguimiento de KPI, analizando SKU, canales y territorios.

🏭 Proyección y Forecast: Coordinación con la planta industrial para la estimación de volúmenes de producción, unidades y proyección de stock.

🧠 Pensamiento Crítico: Cuestionar e identificar inconsistencias en los datos de forma proactiva, aportando una visión consultiva al negocio.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación: Egresado/a en Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing o carreras afines.

💼 Experiencia: Trayectoria en posiciones de BI, Inteligencia Comercial o Análisis Comercial.

💊 Industria (Altamente Valorada): Se valorará muy especialmente contar con experiencia previa en la Industria Farmacéutica y manejo de herramientas específicas del sector como Close-Up.

💻 Herramientas Técnicas: Manejo de Power BI y Excel avanzado (fórmulas complejas, tablas dinámicas y análisis de grandes bases de datos).

🔍 Competencias: Alto nivel de pensamiento analítico, visión de negocio, rigurosidad en el detalle y excelente capacidad de síntesis.
