Tendrás bajo tu liderazgo:

▫️ Servicios generales de una operación industrial

▫️ Seguridad, salud ocupacional y bienestar

▫️ Procesos de transformación y mejora continua

▫️ Acompañamiento estratégico a la Dirección

Requisitos

🔎 Buscamos:

✔️ Profesionales de Psicología, Administración o carreras afines

✔️ 3 a 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos de RR. HH. en industrias o plantas operativas. (Excluyente)

✔️ Liderazgo, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados

✔️ Capacidad para influir, tomar decisiones y trabajar cerca del negocio

✔️ Potencial para asumir mayores desafíos de liderazgo
