En REDi Executive Search nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente General para un grupo empresarial líder con amplia trayectoria en los sectores automotor, maquinarias agrícolas y servicios.

Buscamos un/a líder estratégico/a y operativo/a que asuma la conducción integral del negocio, alineando la estrategia corporativa con la rentabilidad, la eficiencia operativa y la transformación digital en todas las unidades y sucursales del grupo.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu principal misión?

Actuar como líder ejecutor/a de la estrategia corporativa, garantizando la salud financiera, la gestión de márgenes, el liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios y la presencia en la red de sucursales a nivel nacional.

Requisitos

📌 Requisitos clave del perfil:

Trayectoria: Experiencia previa comprobable en posiciones de Gerencia General o Dirección, preferentemente en sectores como Automotriz, Agrobusiness, Maquinarias o Sector Financiero/Bancario con enfoque comercial de al menos 10 años en adelante.

Formación: Profesional en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o afines, con postgrado (MBA o Maestría en Dirección de Negocios).

Competencias: Visión estratégica con fuerte enfoque en rentabilidad, liderazgo adaptativo, capacidad de negociación e impulso hacia la innovación e integración de tecnología/IA.

Disponibilidad: Exclusividad total y disponibilidad para desplazamientos a nivel nacional e internacional.

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (Portugués deseable).
