Buscamos un líder estratégico para tomar el control de las finanzas y la administración en una importante empresa de distribución y consumo masivo en Asunción.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

* Actuar como Business Partner estratégico de la Gerencia General, brindando asesoría analítica para la toma de decisiones financieras críticas del negocio.

* Liderar la gestión de liquidez y tesorería, optimizando el flujo de caja y consolidando el relacionamiento estratégico con el sector bancario.

* Garantizar la integridad del ciclo contable y el estricto cumplimiento tributario, además de dirigir la planificación, ejecución y control del presupuesto anual de la compañía.

* Maximizar la rentabilidad operativa mediante un monitoreo exhaustivo de la estructura de costos, la gestión eficiente de cobranzas y la optimización del capital de trabajo y la salud de los inventarios.

* Liderar, desarrollar y gestionar el desempeño de su equipo de trabajo.

*Requisitos:*

* Profesional en Contabilidad, Administración, Economía o afines. Valoramos postgrado.

* Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando áreas de Administración y Finanzas en empresas de consumo masivo o distribución.

* Un perfil organizado, detallista y con la gran habilidad de explicar conceptos financieros de forma clara y sencilla.
