🚀 ¡Buscamos Gerente de Supply Chain!

¿Tenés experiencia liderando la cadena de suministro de punta a punta y querés asumir un desafío de alto impacto estratégico? Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Supply Chain (End-to-End) para unirse al equipo ejecutivo de un grupo referente en su sector.

🎯 El Desafío:

Buscamos un perfil estratégico y dinámico capaz de unificar e integrar el engranaje entre Compras (locales e internacionales), Almacenamiento, Planificación de la Producción y Distribución.

📋 Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar la visión End-to-End de la cadena de suministro, desde el forecast comercial hasta la entrega al cliente final.
  • Garantizar la perfecta alineación entre el volumen de compras, la planificación de la producción y la demanda real para minimizar sobrecostos financieros de inventario.
  • Liderar y cohesionar un equipo multidisciplinario, profesionalizando a la línea media a través de KPIs de gestión y estándares de servicio de excelencia.
  • Impulsar la digitalización y automatización de procesos operativos sobre entorno SAP.
  • Liderar la negociación y articulación con proveedores clave (Comex e insumos locales) y stakeholders internos.

👤 ¿Qué buscamos en el candidato ideal?

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en posiciones gerenciales liderando la Cadena de Suministro (Supply Chain).
  • Conocimiento técnico: Sólido background en Comex, Planificación de la Demanda y Compras de Materias Primas.
  • Sectores de interés: Experiencia proveniente de Consumo Masivo, Retail (dinamismo y alta rotación de stock) o sector Farmacéutico / Farma (valorable por manejo de cadena de frío y procesos normados).
  • Sistemas: Manejo e implementación de procesos en SAP.
  • Habilidades clave: Liderazgo transformacional, visión de negocio, alta capacidad de negociación interárea y foco en la excelencia operativa.
