Buscamos un líder estratégico, con un perfil corporativo y excelente relacionamiento para potenciar dos importantes marcas de una sucursal ubicada en la ciudad de Asunción.

🎯 Tus principales desafíos serán:

* Gestión de Equipos: Liderar, coordinar y desarrollar a un equipo multidisciplinario, asegurando el alto rendimiento.

* Desarrollo de Negocios: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales y de prospección, liderando alianzas corporativas, acuerdos bancarios y activaciones de marca en puntos estratégicos.

* Supervisión Operativa: Controlar el flujo operativo del área de postventa y el taller integrado, garantizando la excelencia en el nivel de servicio y la experiencia del usuario.

* Relaciones Públicas: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales a largo plazo con un segmento de clientes premium, impulsando estrategias efectivas de fidelización corporativa.

* Administración y Control: Administrar el inventario de la sucursal, garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y asegurar la sanidad de la cartera de cobranzas.

Requisitos:

* Profesional egresado o estudiante de los últimos años de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing o afines.

* Trayectoria sólida y comprobable en posiciones de liderazgo, gerencia de sucursal o jefatura comercial. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia previa en el rubro automotor, retail especializado o concesionarias.

* Competencias Clave: Marcada visión de negocios, capacidad de planificación y organización, excelente presencia ejecutiva, tacto comercial y orientación a resultados.
