Nos encontramos en búsqueda de (02) Administradores de Granja , para nuestra granja porcina ubicada en Humay - Pisco , con disponibilidad para trabajar internado en granja.

Funciones:

  • Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las actividades de producción en las áreas de maternidad y destete/venta, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Gestionar los recursos necesarios para garantizar el flujo de producción, disponibilidad de animales y cumplimiento de los objetivos productivos.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los programas sanitarios, bioseguridad e inventarios de animales en las áreas a cargo.
  • Realizar seguimiento a los indicadores técnicos y productivos, presentando resultados y propuestas de mejora.
  • Gestionar y supervisar al personal a cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de las actividades, normas de seguridad y acuerdos establecidos.
  • Gestionar los requerimientos de mantenimiento y activos de la granja, así como otras necesidades operativas para asegurar la continuidad de la producción.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería zootecnia o Medicina Veterinaria.
  • Un (1) año de experiencia laboral en puestos similares.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia en manejo de indicadores productivos, sanidad y bioseguridad.
