Funciones:

  • Realizar las presentaciones de la Gerencia Central Comercial.
  • Controlar la caja chica de la Gerencia Central Comercial.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y ejecución de acciones para el Clima Laboral de la Gerencia Comercial.
  • Realizar el pedido de útiles de oficina para la Gerencia Central Comercial.
  • Gestionar documentos: recibos, requerimientos, solicitud de transferencias gratuitas, notas de débito, notas de crédito, entre otras.
  • Realizar solicitudes de Accesos y Permisos (SAP, Internet).
  • Manejar la agenda del Gerente Central Comercial: reuniones, viajes, capacitaciones, entre otras.
  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe directo.

Requisitos

  • Superior Técnico en Administración, Computación e Informática o carreras afines.
  • Un (01) año de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Experiencia realizando presentaciones a gerencia.
  • Manejo de Power Point a nivel intermedio/ avanzado (indispensable).
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel básico/ intermedio.
  • Manejo de Power BI a nivel básico (deseable).
