Notre client est à la recherche d'un Administrateur Réseau passionné et compétent pour rejoindre leur équipe dynamique. En tant qu'Administrateur Réseau, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la configuration, la gestion et l'optimisation du réseau.

Voici un aperçu de vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer la surveillance et la disponibilité du réseau LAN, WAN et Internet, ainsi que du réseau de téléphonie 24 heures sur 24, sept jours sur sept.
  • Fournir un soutien technique et assurer la maintenance des dispositifs réseau existants tels que les routeurs et commutateurs Cisco sur l'ensemble de nos sites.
  • Contribuer aux améliorations continues du réseau en proposant des recommandations axées sur la sécurité, la performance et la disponibilité.
  • Participer à la gestion et à la surveillance des pare-feu et autres logiciels de sécurité.
  • Collaborer à des projets liés au réseau, tels que la configuration dans de nouveaux bureaux ou la mise à niveau de l'équipement.
  • Apporter une assistance rapide au personnel pour résoudre les problèmes réseau.
  • Générer des rapports sur les performances, la disponibilité et l'utilisation du réseau.
  • Participer aux tests de performance et à l'analyse comparative des applications.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des normes existantes.
  • Veiller à l'exactitude et à la complétude de la documentation et des schémas d'infrastructure réseau.
  • Formuler des recommandations pour améliorer l'infrastructure actuelle en termes de performance, disponibilité et sécurité.
  • Posséder une connaissance des principes de câblage pour les boîtiers et supports de télécommunication.
  • Assurer une disponibilité en dehors des heures de bureau pour le support et la gestion des changements réseau.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des services basés sur le cloud (Office 365, MDM, etc.).

Exigences :

Expérience

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de grands réseaux d'entreprise.
  • Forte expérience opérationnelle et motivation élevée.
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration de cas d'affaires et la fourniture d'estimations.

Éducation / Certifications :

  • Baccalauréat ou équivalent en génie informatique, logiciel ou discipline connexe.
  • Certification CISCO CCNA.

Compétences / Connaissances :

  • Excellente maîtrise des scripts de programmation.
  • Solide connaissance des protocoles réseau, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, toutes les couches OSI, OSPF, HSRP, BGP, Multicast, UPnP/SSDP, SDWAN, PTP-1588.
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office.
  • Connaissance de la gestion réseau, de la disponibilité et de la capacité.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage.
