Qui sommes-nous? Notre client est un chef de file en solutions infonuagiques (nuage privé, public ou hybride), en services gérés 24/7 et en solutions de centres de données. Notre client, avec 4 centres de données situés au Québec et en Ontario, propose sa propre offre infonuagique respectant les plus hauts standards de sécurité et de robustesse : ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 2 TYPE 2, Ecovadis et TIER III.

Situées au Canada, les multiples infrastructures infonuagiques certifiées ISO de notre client comprennent les offres IBM Power, x86 et SAP Hana. Notre client a des bureaux à Montréal, à Ottawa et dans la région du Grand Toronto.

Sommaire

Notre client est à la recherche dun administrateur réseaux et télécommunications, pour rejoindre son équipe TI. Sous la direction du directeur des services techniques, vous serez appelé à fournir un support technique de deuxième niveau en réseau et télécommunication. L'administrateur devra avoir de bonnes connaissances des différents concepts et types de solutions réseau ainsi qu'une expérience de travail avec des équipements tels routeurs, pare-feu, commutateurs, câblage et tout autre matériel réseau. De plus, vous devrez agir de conseiller auprès des clients actuels et potentiels.

Plus spécifiquement, le titulaire doit :

  • Procéder à l'installation, à la configuration, au support et à la maintenance des infrastructures de réseaux de notre client et ses clients. Telles que des commutateurs, pare-feu, balanceurs de charge et ce, autant sur site qu'en infonuagique;
  • Participer aux revues des architectures réseau et aux dossiers de conception pour les divers projets TI;
  • Rédiger des documents techniques, des guides de référence et autres selon les gabarits et standards.
  • Surveiller et planifier la performance des services réseau de télécommunications sous votre responsabilité;
  • Identifier, consigner, analyser et résoudre les d'incidents/problèmes et les interruptions de service des réseaux de télécommunications;
  • Travailler avec des fournisseurs externes et des fournisseurs de services pour développer, évaluer et intégrer des améliorations technologiques et de nouvelles fonctionnalités;

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la conception, optimisation et implémentation de solution de télécommunication variée;
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) orientées vers les télécommunications ou l'informatique;
  • Expérience avec les principaux types d'équipements de télécommunication des grands manufacturiers (pare-feu, VPN, équilibreurs de charge, routeurs, commutateurs) ;
  • Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise tant parlées qu'écrites.

CONNAISSANCES REQUISES

  • Connaissance des principaux protocoles de routage tels BGP et OSPF ;
  • Connaissance des tunnels IP-SEC, SSL;
  • Connaissance sur la sécurité réseau (pare-feu, WAF, IDS/IPS, etc).

ATOUTS

  • Expériences des équipements Cisco, Brocade, Extreme Network, HP;
  • Détenir une ou des certifications Cisco CCNA, CCNP, dans les pratiques technologiques; définis plus haut ou expériences équivalentes;
  • Connaissances au niveau des réseaux des centres de données (VXLAN, EVPN, etc.);
  • Connaissances de NSX-T;
  • Posséder des connaissances fonctionnelles de VMware vSphere / ESXi.

  • Sens de l'organisation et compétences en gestion des priorités.
  • Bonne gestion du stress et bonne réponse en situation d'urgence.
