Description du poste

L'administrateur(rice) système sera responsable du développement, de la configuration, de la maintenance et de la disponibilité des différents composants reliés à l'infrastructure. Vous serez amené à collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour standardiser les processus de déploiement et maintenir les environnements de développement. Finalement, vous supporterez les autres employés en s'assurant qu'ils ont toutes les ressources nécessaires pour accomplir leur travail.



Tâches et responsabilités

Administration des systèmes

Configurer, déployer, surveiller et gérer les solutions pour de multiples applications/clients en collaboration avec les équipes de développement

Maintenir les équipements et les systèmes pour assurer la continuité et la disponibilité des services

Assurer la surveillance des réseaux et des équipements et intervenir lorsque nécessaire pour minimiser les interruptions de services

Documenter l'infrastructure et la configuration

DevOps

Participe à l'architecture applicative et au mix technologique des applications

Participer à la conception, au développement et au maintien des outils internes

Participe à la standardisation et le maintien des environnements de développement

Standardisation et automatisation des processus de déploiement

Conception et maintien du IaC (Infrastructure as code)

TI

Assister le département RH au processus d'accueil et de départ d'employés

Gestion des postes des employés (accès, licences, applications, matériel, etc.)

Supporter ses collègues à la résolution de problèmes en lien avec les équipements et l'infrastructure

Participer au maintien dune feuille de route sur l'évolution du parc informatique et des outils mis à la disposition de l'équipe de développement

Assurer un respect des budgets établis pour les dépenses TI

Exigences

Diplôme d'études collégiales ou baccalauréat en informatique, génie logiciel ou en systèmes d'informations

Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en administration des systèmes informatiques

Maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation Linux/Ubuntu et macOS

Maîtrise des principaux services dAmazon Web Services (CloudFront, S3, EC2)

Maîtrise de Docker ou Kubernetes pour la gestion de containers

Maîtrise de la stack LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

Expérience avec les langages scripts Bash, Python et PHP

Maîtrise du français tant à loral qu'à l'écrit

Atouts

Certifications pertinentes (AWS, Docker, Linux, ITIL, sécurité ou réseau)

Maîtrise de la solution de provisionnement et de gestion de configuration Ansible

Maîtrise de CloudFormation pour la gestion de l'infrastructure AWS

Maîtrise de VMware ESXi pour la gestion de machines virtuelles

Expérience avec les équipements réseaux Fortinet ou Ubiquiti

Expérience avec les plateformes suivantes: Jamf, Mosyle, Google Workspace, Slack,

GitHub, Jenkins, Redmine, Graylog ou Nagios

Connaissance du framework Laravel

Connaissance des méthodologies de développement Agile et SCRUM

Maîtrise de l'anglais

Profil

Possède un sens aigu de l'organisation et de la minutie

Capacité d'adaptation, proactif et autonome

Intérêt particulier pour la sécurité informatique

Habileté à rapidement synthétiser, conceptualiser et vulgariser ses idées

Multidisciplinaire (mentalité de start-up)

Excellente aptitude à travailler en équipe
