Notre client est un chef de file dans la vente d'équipement et de services d'automatisation industrielle dans l'Est du Canada et maintient une forte croissance depuis plus de 25 ans. Le tout dans un environnement de travail agréable.



Description du poste

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche dun(e) candidat(e) pour un poste de Développement TI pour nos projets en cours et à venir. Nous croyons que la technologie est essentielle à nos programmes d'amélioration continue !

Relevant du Superviseur des TI, cette personne aura comme responsabilité de gérer, implanter et améliorer nos outils informatiques : CRM Dynamics à implanter er à continuer d'améliorer : ERP-Epicor, SharePoint,O365, Power APPS, etc. Vous serez épaulé à l'interne par votre superviseur et des « Power Users » mais aussi à l'externe avec nos partenaires d'affaires. Vous aurez aussi à supporter des usagers sur ces outils bien que ce ne sera pas votre fonction principale.

Vous serez une référence fonctionnelle et technique responsable des activités d'implantation des nouveaux outils, de leur optimisation et mise à jour avec le support de partenaire externe au besoin. Pour de notre infrastructure informatique et les logiciels de base (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) elle est confiée à une firme externe autonome.



Tâches et responsabilités

Implanter de nouveaux outils, CRM Dynamics, Service Mobile Dynamics, etc...

Améliorer les outils en place ERP-Epicor et autres outils majoritairement Microsoft

Supporter les usagers pour le dépannage sur nos différents outils

Former notre personnel, diffuser et transmettre ses connaissances.

Effectuer les changements et améliorations, corriger les problèmes affectant les applications, les systèmes et les programmes.

Formuler des recommandations sur les solutions optimales et novatrices en tenant compte des besoins exprimés et des contraintes de l'environnement.

Coordonne la réalisation et planifie les activités des projets (échéanciers de projets, priorités, etc.).

Se tenir aux faits des avancées et des tendances liées à son domaine d'activités et produits.

Sélectionner avec le Responsable TI; les ressources externes compétentes nécessaires à la rencontre de nos objectifs de fiabilité et d'efficience.

Favoriser l'innovation et le changement et surtout l'efficience.

Qualifications:

Diplôme en informatique

Possédé minimum de 3 années d'expérience pertinente dans un emploi similaire

Capacité d'analyse et d'apprentissage élevé ;

Capacité à planifier et à gérer des priorités ;

Connaissance des bases de données et du langage SQL

Connaissance des outils O365, sa plateforme Cloud, SharePoint, PowerApps, Teams et Exchange un atout

Connaissance du logiciel EPICOR ERP 10 un atout

À l'aise de supporter des usagers

Leadership professionnel et travailleur d'équipe ;

Bonnes compétences en matière de communication orale, écrite (français et anglais);

Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et sous un minimum de supervision ;

Conditions de travail

Des heures hors plage de travail sont nécessaires à l'occasion mais très peu fréquentes pour assurer la fiabilité et la disponibilité nos systèmes ;
