The posting

Notre client est actuellement à la recherche d'un.e spécialiste dans le domaine de la réseautique, du wifi ou les deux. Sous la supervision du directeur à la livraison des services, et mentoré par un conseiller senior, tu pourras débuter ta nouvelle carrière au sein de leur équipe de services professionnels.

Rôle:

  • Assister dans la collecte des informations requises pour établir un diagnostic, comprendre les besoins des clients, ou encore fournir du support technique de base pour des équipements réseau et wifi
  • Tu apprendras la propagation RF, et comment la modéliser avec des logiciels spécialisés
  • Tu apprendras les bases de la conception de réseaux filaires et wifi stables, sécuritaires, et performants
  • Tu feras des diagnostics de base pour des problématiques réseau simples.
  • Tu apprendras à configurer, optimiser et mettre à jour les équipements des clients, sous la supervision dun conseiller expérimenté
  • Tu travailleras en avec ton mentor pour grandir tes connaissances en mode « shadow » sur différents projets
  • Tu formaliseras l'acquisition de compétences au moyen de certifications des manufacturiers, selon ton plan de formation
  • Tu seras à l'écoute des besoins des clients, et remonteras ces besoins à l'équipe des ventes
  • Tu apprendras les bases relationnelles de la consultation

Niveau intermédiaire : en plus des autres responsabilités:

  • Tu seras responsable de projets en mode « hands on » de plus en plus complexes sous la supervision de ton mentor
  • Tu apprendras à faire des audits réseau, à établir des recommandations, et à spécifier le matériel approprié aux besoins du client
  • Tu apprendras à évaluer les efforts pour réaliser des projets
  • Tu approfondiras tes compétences relationnelles pour devenir un conseiller de confiance auprès de tes clients

FORMATION REQUISE

Attestation d'études collégiales et/ou une expérience équivalente dans un domaine pertinent.

Expérience requise

1 an d'expérience en consultation ou poste similaire.

  • Atout : Expérience avec les technologies Aruba ou Palo Alto

Profil recherché

  • Débrouillard, autonome et motivé
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Expérience en consultation
  • Bonne connaissance réseautique filaire ou sans-fil
  • Certification CCNA, ACMA, JNCIA ou comparable
  • Bon français écrit et oral
  • Anglais oral fonctionnel (écrit un atout)
  • Tact et diplomatie
  • Travaille bien en équipe
  • Écoute active;
