The posting

Relevant du Leader TI, le Développeur BI joue un rôle important dans le développement et l'évolution des différentes composantes liées à la pratique dIntelligence d'affaire. Il est appelé à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes d'affaires, l'équipe de développement, l'administrateur de bases de données et les gestionnaires TI afin de supporter les différentes lignes d'affaires de l'entreprise.

Voici les tâches spécifiques

  • Participer à la création, modification, documentation des rapports et tableau de bord
  • Participer à la création, modification, Exécution des ETL
  • Participer à création, modification, documentation des cubes et KPI
  • Participer à la modélisation, création, modification des structures des bases de données pour l'entrepôt de données
  • Participer à la réalisation et à l'évolution de l'architecture BI
  • Créer, maintenir et valider l'intégrité de l'entrepôt de données
  • Préparer et exécuter les scénarios de tests unitaires, fonctionnels et intégrés
  • Préparer et documenter les mises-en-production
  • Accompagner les clients dans l'analyse et la documentation de leurs demandes
  • Optimiser la performance des requêtes nécessaires aux biens livrables
  • Collaborer avec les autres spécialistes de son secteur à la définition des règles de gouvernance et des standards entourant la pratique d'intelligence d'affaires
  • Analyser, influencer et recommander le choix des différents outils d'analyse facilitant et améliorant la prise de décision
  • Assurer la documentation et la rédaction techniques des produits
  • Supporter les utilisateurs internes

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Baccalauréat ou DEC en informatique
  • Minimum de 3 années d'expérience précise en développement de solution BI

Description des compétences

  • Très bonne connaissance des bases de données Microsoft SQL-Server
  • Très bonne connaissance des requêtes T-SQL
  • Très bonne connaissance de SSRS (conception de rapport SSRS/Excel/Power BI)
  • Bonne connaissance de SSIS (conception dETL)
  • Bonne connaissance de SSAS (conception de modèle multidimensionnel et tabulaire)
  • Connaissance des langages MDX et DAX, un Atout
  • Connaissance de JIRA et Bitbucket, un Atout
  • Connaissance de l'approche de Ralph Kimball en « data-warehousing », un Atout
  • Orienté vers les résultats, faire preuve d'initiative et d'innovation
  • Aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe et le service à la clientèle
  • Bon sens de l'organisation, méthodique et bonne gestion du temps
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Sens de la minutie et de la rigueur

Conditions de travail

  • Horaire : De jour (8h00 à 17h00)
  • Salaire offert : 85,000$ à 95,000$
