The posting

Au sein d'une équipe de 6 développeurs, vous aurez la possibilité de devenir le lead technique d'une deuxième équipe de 6 personnes suivant votre croissance professionnelle chez notre client.

Notre client a développé un produit logiciel à succès dans le domaine de la construction ce produit étant offert à des entrepreneurs généraux et des sous-traitants dans le domaine comptant plus de 100 personnes.

Votre but sera d'améliorer l'outil de planification de cette plateforme, le candidat idéal a un parcours de Développeur Logiciel Senior et qui a une expérience avec plusieurs langages de programmation et non 1 langage uniquement de par la diversité de l'équipe.

Principales tâches

  • Participer au design et à l'implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Programmer des tests
  • Participer aux révisions de code des « pull requests »

Qualifications et exigences

  • Autodidacte, curieux, aime apprendre des nouvelles technologies web
  • Aime le développement par tests et le « pair programming »
  • 5 ans avec Ruby on Rails (5.1) ou un autre framework MVC et langages similaires ou compatibles (ayant une base O.O.)
  • VueJS, React ou expérience avec un autre framework comparable
  • CSS3 / SASS / HTML5
  • Design « Responsive » avec Flexbox, CSS Grid
  • TDD (Test Driven Development) avec rspec/Selenium/Capybara
  • Git

***Si vous avez déjà travaillé uniquement avec Python, Java et Javascript nous vous encourageons fortement à appliquer. De plus, si vous avez également de l'expérience de développement à cycle complet SDLC et également en mobile (React Native), c'est un plus! Les compétences de gestion et relationnelles font parti également de la sélection pour ce poste, car vous serez amené à croître professionnellement dans ce rôle.
