Votre défi consistera à :

Planifier et organiser, en gérant bien les priorités, tous les aspects du projet en fonction du cadre et des objectifs ;

Coacher et guider les membres de l'équipe interne et externe afin de mener à bien le projet ;

Gérer les calendriers, les budgets et l'organisation globale du projet afin de s'assurer que les exigences et les dates de livraison de ceux-ci sont clairement communiquées, compris et exécutés ;

Participer à tous les aspects du projet, superviser les activités quotidiennes des équipes internes et externes et veiller à ce que les travaux progressent comme prévu ;

Suivre activement les risques du projet et la portée pour prévoir / identifier les problèmes potentiels et travailler de manière proactive avec l'équipe afin de trouver des solutions pour les résoudre à l'avance ;

Fournir des rapports sur l'état d'avancement aux clients et à l'équipe de gestion.

Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe :

Capacité à travailler sur des projets ERP à grande échelle avec des solutions Tier1 (Oracle, SAP, JDE, Dynamics AX, etc.) ;

Minimum de huit (8) ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans le domaine des technologies de l'information ;

Expériences éprouvées pour la livraison de projets dans les délais et selon les budgets ;

Grand sens de l'organisation avec un sens aigu des priorités ;

Forte expérience en gestion de relations clients ;

Excellentes habiletés de communication en anglais, tant à loral qu'à l'écrit ;

Autonomie et leadership ;

Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Project ;

Peut voyager pendant des périodes prolongées aux États-Unis ;

Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics D365 ou AX (atout) ;

Expérience en consultation (atout) ;

Certification PMP (atout).
