En tant que Conseiller en Technologie de l'Information, vous serez le premier point de contact de l'Organisation des Processus Métiers, des Directions Opérationnelles et des Fonctions pour toute question liée à l'informatique.

Le candidat sélectionné devra éduquer, guider ou initier les demandes de projets afin de les résoudre de manière satisfaisante pour les clients. Le Conseiller en TI joue également un rôle proactif dans la promotion des opportunités informatiques pour améliorer l'entreprise et s'aligner sur les ambitions et les priorités stratégiques.

Nous avons besoin de vous pour :

  • Comprendre et conseiller en matière d'informatique.
  • Maintenir une bonne communication avec toutes les parties prenantes (BPO, BPM, experts métiers clés, etc.) pour assurer une prise de conscience des principales demandes informatiques à venir et comprendre les opérations commerciales, les défis et les opportunités en évolution afin de conseiller efficacement les partenaires commerciaux et anticiper leurs besoins.
  • Agir en tant que point de contact principal avec les directions commerciales ou opérationnelles assignées, représentant l'informatique dans la promotion des services et des capacités informatiques.
  • Comprendre les défis commerciaux et travailler en collaboration avec l'architecte de solutions informatiques pour trouver des solutions de manière proactive.
  • Fournir des estimations informatiques (coût total de possession) aux entreprises. Contribuer à la gestion du portfolio commercial.
  • Soutenir la priorisation des demandes informatiques en fournissant une compréhension des risques, de la valeur et du coût de chaque demande en cours d'évaluation. Veiller à ce que la Cellule de Livraison soit bien informée de la demande.
  • Établir des partenariats commerciaux, communiquer et assurer la satisfaction des clients. Effectuer des suivis réguliers avec les partenaires commerciaux pour garantir leur satisfaction et maintenir un climat de collaboration et de confiance.

Ce que vous devez posséder pour réussir :

  • Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience dans les projets informatiques, une expérience en gestion de projet serait un atout.
  • Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets majeurs de logiciels d'application / gestion de portefeuille.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière, des services et de la distribution dans un environnement mondial et multiculturel.
  • Vous parlez et écrivez en anglais et en français.
  • Vous avez des connaissances en ERP (tels que SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), en intégration de systèmes (connaissance en Order to Cash, Finance, Controlling est un atout).
  • Vous êtes capable de combiner des informations pour identifier les interdépendances entre les systèmes et les processus.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'art de traduire des concepts techniques en termes clairs et non techniques pour des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
