Les Principales Missions

  • Collaborer avec les services internes pour identifier, définir et documenter les besoins;
  • Soutenir les utilisateurs internes;
  • Suivre et documenter les modifications pour les spécifications fonctionnelles;
  • Rédiger des procédures détaillées;
  • Assurer la formation des utilisateurs;
  • Optimiser les processus d'affaire;
  • Créer des rapports personnalisés;
  • Proposer des solutions adaptables à Workday pour les différents besoins affaire;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Avez-vous ce qu'il faut pour relever le défi?

  • Plus de cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans le domaine;
  • Bilingue;
  • Excellentes connaissances de Workday;
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication;
  • Faire preuve d'une très grande maturité et de créativité dans la prise de décision;
  • Bonne connaissance de MS Office;
  • Connaissance du transport (un atout);
  • Connaissances techniques (bases de données SQL) (un atout);
  • Connaissance de Microsoft DevOps (un atout)
  • Excellente compétence en service à la clientèle et communicateur expert;
  • Souci du détail et organisé;
  • Excellentes compétences en communications écrite et orale pour transmettre efficacement des problèmes complexes de manière concise;
  • Esprit d'équipe;
  • Facultatif (mais important quand même) : posséder un excellent sens de l'humour;
  • Et avoir un beau grand sourire!
