Responsabilités En tant que Scrum Master Agile au sein de notre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la mise en œuvre d'un cadre de travail agile pour nos projets.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Établir un environnement agile pour notre équipe projet.
  • Contribuer au développement d'une stratégie d'adoption du cadre.
  • Offrir un soutien concret aux équipes, les guidant vers une meilleure compréhension et adoption des pratiques et comportements agiles.
  • En collaboration avec nos partenaires et architectes, définir la portée des projets en fonction des solutions à mettre en place. Si nécessaire, proposer des ajustements à la portée en fonction des évolutions des besoins en cours de projet.
  • Organiser l'exécution des projets selon les méthodologies agiles.
  • Planifier les projets et estimer les coûts des différentes activités.
  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux en veillant au respect des orientations et priorités définies pour les projets.
  • Animer les réunions de suivi, les sessions de planification, les réunions quotidiennes, les rétrospectives et contribuer à la gestion des instances de gouvernance.

Exigences et Compétences Requises Nous recherchons un professionnel possédant les compétences suivantes :

  • Expérience avec l'utilisation de Jira comme outil de gestion.
  • Solide expérience dans la gestion de projets en mode Agile.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, afin de collaborer efficacement avec des ressources internationales.
