Als Teil unseres Marketing-Teams machst du sichtbar, wie sich Reformer Club anfühlt: die Energie in den Classes, die Menschen hinter der Brand, die Ästhetik unserer Studios und die kleinen Momente, die unsere Community ausmachen. Du produzierst Content, der nicht nur gut aussieht, sondern Menschen inspiriert, Teil der Community zu werden — mit einem Auge für Ästhetik, einem Gespür für Trends und Lust, eigene Ideen direkt umzusetzen.

  • Eigenständige Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Konzeption, Dreh und Schnitt von Reels, Stories und TikToks
  • Entwicklung neuer Content-Formate und proaktives Einbringen eigener Ideen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle und unseres Content-Plans
  • Gestaltung von Posts, Grafiken, Präsentationen und weiteren Marketingmaterialien
  • Community Management der Social Media Accounts
  • Unterstützung bei Marketingmaßnahmen rund um Studio Openings, Events und Kooperationen
  • Unterstützung und Ownership bei Partnerships
  • Beobachtung aktueller Social-Media- und Content-Trends und Ableitung relevanter Ideen für Reformer Club
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing-Team und unseren Gründerinnen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast idealerweise ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL, Brand Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich abgeschlossen oder befindest dich in der Abschlussphase
  • Du hast bereits erste relevante Erfahrung im Marketing, Social Media oder Content Creation gesammelt
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für Social Media, visuelles Storytelling, Ästhetik und Markenauftritt
  • Du kannst Content selbstständig von der Idee bis zum fertigen Ergebnis umsetzen
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Video-Editing, z. B. mit CapCut oder Premiere Pro, sowie idealerweise im Design mit Canva oder Adobe mit
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends, Sounds und Formate und kannst einschätzen, was zu einer Brand passt
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und proaktiv und wartest nicht auf ein detailliertes Briefing
  • Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigene Ideen direkt umzusetzen
  • Du interessierst dich für Pilates, Fitness, Lifestyle und Community Brands
  • Du hast Spaß daran, sowohl vor als auch hinter der Kamera zu arbeiten
  • Du bist für 6 Monate verfügbar und kannst regelmäßig vor Ort in München arbeiten
