  • Team-Management: Monatliche Planung (Stundenplan & Team) & Optimierung des Stundenplans, Hiring, Einarbeitung & Führung von Instructor- & Front Desk Team, Sicherstellung von Kursqualität & Teamdynamik sowie regelmäßige 1:1- und Feedbackgespräche mit Teammitgliedern
  • Quality of Training & Reformer Classes: Unterrichten von eigenen Reformer Classes, Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Trainingsstandards & Teams
  • Personalverantwortung: Verantwortung für eine verlässliche Teamplanung, Urlaubs- und Abwesenheitsmanagement sowie eine gute Betreuung des Teams im Arbeitsalltag
  • Studio-Management: Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Studioalltag und ein hochwertiges Studioerlebnis – von Hygiene und Ordnung bis hin zu Inventar, externen Partnern und Facility-Themen
  • Kunden-Management: Gestaltung einer exzellenten Customer Experience, Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen & Feedback, Sicherstellung einer „Wohlfühl-Oase“ im Studio
  • Events & B2B: Betreuung von B2B-Anfragen & Eventkoordination sowie aktive Ansprache potenzieller B2B-Partner
  • Reporting & Payroll: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Central Team sowie Verantwortung für die monatliche Prüfung und Freigabe relevanter Personio-Daten
  • Prozesse: Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung unserer Studio-Prozesse und Best Practices

Dein Profil

  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Reformer-Pilates-Instructor-Ausbildung und bringst bereits Erfahrung im Unterrichten mit
  • Du hast bereits Personalverantwortung übernommen und Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Du übernimmst gerne Führungsverantwortung, gibst klares und wertschätzendes Feedback und gehst auch mit herausfordernden Personalthemen souverän um
  • Du bist gerne vor Ort im Studio, nah an deinem Team, unseren Mitgliedern und Kooperationspartnern und gestaltest den Studio-Alltag aktiv mit
  • Organisationstalent, Sportaffinität und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus
  • Du begeisterst dich für Sport, Bewegung und einen modernen, hochwertigen Lifestyle und hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends, Community und Markenwelten
  • Du bist flexibel, kommunikativ und belastbar, bringst die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit mit und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Studio-Alltag wohl
  • Du begeisterst Kundinnen und Kunden mit hoher Serviceorientierung sowie klarer, empathischer Kommunikation
  • Du gehst sicher mit Excel um, hast eine Affinität zu digitalen Tools wie Google Suite, Canva, MS Office sowie CRM- und Buchungssystemen und gehst Herausforderungen proaktiv an
  • Du identifizierst dich mit unserer Marke und hast einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität, Atmosphäre und Details
  • Du bist bereit, regelmäßig auch einen Tag am Wochenende im Studio zu sein, und schätzt die besondere Dynamik und Community unserer Wochenend-Classes
