Reformer Club ist ein wachsendes Reformer Pilates Studio mit starkem Fokus auf ganzheitliches Wohlbefinden – und einem Team, das mit Leidenschaft, Energie und Vision daran arbeitet, Bewegung und Mindfulness fest im Alltag unserer Reformer Club Community zu verankern.

Damit unser Team weiter wachsen kann, suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich People & Culture – administrativ, kommunikativ und mit ganz viel Organisationstalent.

  • Du unterstützt im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen bis zum Bewerber*innen-Management
  • Du organisierst eigenständig Interviews und kommunizierst professionell mit Kandidat*innen sowie internen Stakeholdern
  • Du pflegst Bewerberdaten und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen
  • Du optimierst bestehende Recruiting-Prozesse und wirkst bei der Einführung neuer HR-Tools und -Strukturen mit
  • Du bringst dich bei übergreifenden People-Themen ein – z. B. Onboarding, interne Events, Feedbackformate und Employer Branding

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder hast dein Studium bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest gerne strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist motiviert, unser Recruiting, unsere HR-Prozesse und unsere Teamkultur von Anfang an aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und arbeitest sorgfältig
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich oder Recruiting sammeln und suchst jetzt eine neue Herausforderung in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld
