Desde Rehire acompañamos a una agencia de marketing y comunicación en la búsqueda de un/a Account Executive Jr. para sumarse a su equipo y acompañar la gestión de diferentes cuentas y proyectos.

Buscamos un perfil con mucho potencial de desarrollo, proactivo, comunicativo y excelente para hacer seguimiento. No es necesario contar con una trayectoria extensa ni conocimientos avanzados de marketing digital: habrá capacitación y acompañamiento para aprender el negocio y las herramientas necesarias.

Responsabilidades:

· Acompañar la gestión y seguimiento diario de cuentas y proyectos.

· Mantener una comunicación cercana, profesional y fluida con los clientes.

· Dar seguimiento a solicitudes, pendientes, entregables y próximos pasos.

· Coordinar internamente con los equipos de Cuentas, Diseño, Desarrollo y Operaciones BTL.

· Asegurar que los requerimientos de los clientes sean correctamente comunicados al equipo interno.

· Realizar seguimiento de deadlines y detectar posibles bloqueos.

· Preparar reportes periódicos para clientes.

· Participar en reuniones con clientes y documentar acuerdos y próximos pasos.

· Colaborar en la preparación de presentaciones y propuestas comerciales.

· Dar seguimiento a diferentes proyectos simultáneamente.

· Anticiparse a necesidades y resolver situaciones sin depender constantemente de instrucciones.

· Participar ocasionalmente en reuniones o activaciones presenciales.Resolver dudas del equipo relacionadas con briefs, alcances, requerimientos y tiempos.

Requisitos:

· Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes.

· Perfil proactivo, con iniciativa y capacidad para trabajar con autonomía.

· Muy buena capacidad de organización y seguimiento.

· Comodidad para conversar y relacionarse con clientes nuevos.

· Capacidad para gestionar diferentes tareas y proyectos simultáneamente.

· Atención al detalle y orientación al cumplimiento de deadlines.

· Buenas habilidades para trabajar y coordinar con diferentes equipos.

· Capacidad de aprendizaje y apertura al feedback.

· Perfil resolutivo y con ganas de desarrollarse profesionalmente.

· Disponibilidad para trabajar Full-Time.

· Disponibilidad para asistir ocasionalmente a reuniones o activaciones presenciales en Ciudad de México.

Acerca de la posición:

· Modalidad: 100% remoto. Reuniones presenciales puntuales, aproximadamente una vez al mes según las necesidades de las cuentas.

· Horario laboral: lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 18:00 hs (Zona Horaria Ciudad de México)

· Prestaciones de Ley.

· Dos semanas de vacaciones desde el primer año, una vez superado el período inicial.

· Equipo de trabajo otorgado por la empresa.

· Presupuesto anual de capacitación de aproximadamente MXN $15.000.

· Ocasionalmente puede requerirse disponibilidad para supervisar activaciones puntuales durante fines de semana.
