The posting

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Head of Brand & Marketing para incorporarse a una empresa de lácteos premium en plena etapa de crecimiento. La compañía desarrolla productos alineados con la tendencia wellness —yogur griego, cottage, queso crema y quesos especiales— y tiene como objetivo consolidarse como referente del segmento premium en el mercado local.

La persona seleccionada será la primera incorporación de marketing en la compañía, con ownership total del área y reporte directo al Directorio. Su misión será traducir la visión de marca en estrategia concreta y llevarla a la práctica a través de agencias y freelancers.

Responsabilidades

- Definir junto al directorio el posicionamiento, la propuesta de valor, el tono y el rumbo de la marca.

- Desarrollar el manual de marca como referencia para todas las decisiones de comunicación.

- Definir la estrategia de presencia comercial: canales, cadenas, punto de venta y política promocional.

- Traducir la estrategia en un plan de comunicación: digital, contenido, PR, eventos y publicidad.

- Seleccionar, briefear y gestionar agencias y freelancers, asegurando calidad de ejecución y coherencia de marca.

- Administrar el presupuesto de marketing y medir resultados.

Requisitos

- 5 o más años de experiencia en marketing o brand management.

- Trayectoria en consumo masivo, alimentos o bebidas.

- Experiencia construyendo o reposicionando marcas, idealmente en el segmento premium.

- Trayectoria sólida gestionando agencias y proveedores externos.

- Criterio estratégico y estético, combinado con fuerte capacidad de ejecución.

- Alta autonomía y comodidad construyendo un área desde cero.

- Uso fluido de herramientas de inteligencia artificial.

Se valorará

- Experiencia en el sector lácteo, wellness o lanzamiento de nuevas marcas.

- Background en marcas de nicho o productos premium con fuerte identidad.

Acerca de la posición

- Horario: Lunes a viernes, horario full time.

- Ubicación: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

- Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días presencial, 2 home office).

- Oportunidad de construir el área de marketing de una marca premium desde su etapa fundacional.

- Reporte directo al directorio y ownership real de la función.
