Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Delivery Manager para incorporarse a una empresa de tecnología, especializada en soluciones de video inteligente con inteligencia artificial aplicadas a sectores como logística, retail, industria y seguridad. La compañía opera en LATAM, España y Estados Unidos, ofreciendo un entorno dinámico, de escala internacional y con fuerte foco en innovación tecnológica.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar los equipos de implementación y soporte, asegurando la entrega exitosa de proyectos técnicos complejos con hardware y software de IA. Reportará directamente al CTO y tendrá un rol clave en la evolución del área de delivery de la compañía.

Responsabilidades

- Coordinar la implementación de proyectos de video IA en clientes de distintos sectores y países.

- Liderar y desarrollar los equipos de ingenieros de implementación, coordinadores de proyectos y personal de soporte/SLA.

- Planificar y ejecutar la entrega de releases junto al equipo de producto y desarrollo, garantizando timelines y calidad.

- Gestionar la PMO interna: cronogramas, riesgos, dependencias y comunicación con stakeholders.

- Supervisar las operaciones de soporte post-venta, incluyendo cumplimiento de SLAs y gestión de escalaciones.

- Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos de delivery e implementar estándares y metodologías ágiles.

- Colaborar con el área comercial en la etapa de pre-venta para asegurar la viabilidad técnica de las propuestas.

- Gestionar proveedores y relaciones con clientes clave durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Requisitos

- Graduado/a en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afín.

- Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en entrega de proyectos técnicos B2B de alta complejidad.

- Al menos 2 años liderando equipos de delivery, soporte o implementación.

- Experiencia en despliegue de hardware en campo (servidores, dispositivos edge, cámaras u otros).

- Conocimiento sólido de networking, sistemas Linux, contenedores (Docker/Kubernetes) e integración de APIs.

- Comprensión de flujos de producción de visión por computadora e IA aplicada.

- Dominio del inglés avanzado para comunicación con clientes y equipos internacionales.

- Disponibilidad para viajar.

Se valorará

- Experiencia con hardware NVIDIA Jetson u otros dispositivos de IA en el borde.

- Conocimiento de plataformas VMS como Milestone, Genetec o Digifort.

- Background en sectores de logística, industria o retail.

- Experiencia en MLOps o gestión de pipelines de modelos de IA.

- Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos: PMP, PRINCE2 o ITIL.

- Manejo del portugués como idioma adicional.
