Resumo da Posição

  • Buscamos um Tech Lead experiente para liderar tecnicamente nosso time de engenharia, com foco em .NET, microsserviços, Azure e SQL Server;
  • O profissional deve ter forte capacidade de tomada de decisão técnica, experiência real com arquitetura distribuída e ser referência em cultura de testes automatizados (incluindo BDD e Reqnroll);
  • É esperado que essa pessoa atue orientando o time, organizando padrões técnicos, garantindo qualidade e apoiando a modernização contínua da plataforma.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Guiar decisões arquiteturais com foco em simplicidade, escalabilidade e clareza;
  • Conduzir code reviews, alinhamentos técnicos e mentorias;
  • Promover práticas de desenvolvimento modernas e padronizadas;
  • Projetar e evoluir arquiteturas .NET baseadas em microserviços;
  • Garantir consistência técnica entre componentes e serviços;
  • Atuar com APIs REST, serviços web e integrações distribuídas.

Requisitos e Qualificações Técnicas

  • Graduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Sólida experiência com C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ e WebAPI;
  • Conhecimento avançado em arquitetura de microsserviços, Clean Architecture, DDD e CQRS.
  • Experiência com Microsoft Azure, especialmente App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus e Application Insights.
  • Experiência com SQL Server, incluindo modelagem de dados, consultas, indexação, procedures e otimização de desempenho.
  • Vivência com testes automatizados, incluindo testes unitários com xUnit ou NUnit, testes de integração e práticas de BDD.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas e práticas de BDD, como Cucumber ou SpecFlow, e em testes de integração com Testcontainers.
  • Experiência com mensageria, utilizando RabbitMQ ou Azure Service Bus.
  • Experiência com pipelines CI/CD e Azure DevOps.
  • Experiência prévia na liderança técnica de times de desenvolvimento.

  • Vivência com Docker e ambientes de desenvolvimento conteinerizados;
  • Experiência com GitHub e ferramentas de monitoramento, como Grafana;
  • Atuação em projetos de evolução e modernização de arquiteturas de software.
