Cu peste 1000 de proiecte realizate, își asumă misiunea de a îmbunătăți calitatea vieții în comunități prin facilități sportive care inspiră siguranță, sănătate și dezvoltare armonioasă.

Viitorul coleg va face parte dintr-o echipă dinamică și dedicată, având responsabilitatea gestionării proiectelor de la primul contact cu clientul până la finalizarea acestora. Vei raporta direct managerului de vânzări și vei colabora îndeaproape cu echipele de back-office și montaj.

Contextul jobului

Obiectivul principal al acestui rol este creșterea cifrei de afaceri prin atragerea de noi clienți și gestionarea eficientă a proiectelor existente. Activitatea este împărțită în 70% căutarea și conversia clienților noi (hunting) și 30% menținerea relației cu clienții existenți (farming).

  • Poți gestiona simultan mai multe proiecte, lucrând eficient cu echipe diverse;

  • Ești dispus să călătorești în interes de serviciu și să lucrezi în regim home office.

Cum va arăta o lună de muncă:

  • Vei planifica vizite la clienți și vei analiza nevoile lor specifice;
  • Vei pregăti oferte personalizate și vei negocia termenii contractelor;
  • Vei coordona implementarea proiectelor alături de echipa de montaj;
  • Vei menține actualizate informațiile din CRM despre proiectele în desfășurare;
  • Vei participa la ședințele săptămânale de strategie și vei raporta progresul către management.

Salarizare și beneficii:

  • Salariu brut 6837 lei;
  • Tichete de masă: 20 lei/tichet;
  • Comision din vânzări și KPI conform;
  • Tichete cadou de sărbători conform regulamentului de ordine interioară.
