️ Cu o echipă de 210 angajați și investiții de peste 6 milioane de euro în tehnologii de producție, ne propunem să atingem 18 milioane euro cifră de afaceri în 2025.

Ne extindem și avem nevoie de un Director de Vânzări care să scaleze business-ul și echipa!

Ce vei face în acest rol?

Strategie de vânzări & leadership

  • Dezvolți și implementezi strategia de vânzări a companiei, scalabilă și adaptată pieței internaționale.
  • Construiești și coordonezi o echipă performantă de vânzări, recrutând și motivând oameni de top.
  • Gestionezi relațiile cu clienții importanți (B2B și B2C).
  • Colaborezi cu departamentele producție, logistică, HR, marketing pentru a asigura o funcționare optimă.
  • Monitorizezi performanța echipei, implementezi KPI-uri clare și îmbunătățești procesele.

Management operațional & dezvoltare

  • Organizezi echipa, stabilești targete și crești vânzările anual cu două cifre procentuale.
  • Dezvolți rețeaua de clienți B2B și B2C pentru a optimiza vânzările.
  • Te asiguri că echipa are toate instrumentele necesare: CRM, baze de date, materiale de vânzări, mașini de serviciu.
  • Negociezi contracte mari cu dezvoltatori imobiliari, constructori și retaileri.
  • Monitorizezi performanța vânzărilor și optimizezi bugetele.

Profilul candidatului ideal

Experiență obligatorie: ️ +5 ani în vânzări B2B, inclusiv în poziții de management. ️ Experiență în construirea și dezvoltarea unei echipe de vânzări. ️ Vânzări internaționale de peste 1 milion EUR în România, UE sau SUA. ️ Experiență în negocierea contractelor mari. ️ Disponibilitate pentru deplasări interne și internaționale. ️ Gândire strategică trebuie să înțelegi cifrele și să traduci datele în acțiuni.

Competențe cheie: Leadership & strategie comercială trebuie să fii un lider care inspiră și organizează. Orientare spre rezultate ești persoana care își asumă obiective ambițioase și le atinge. Negociere & influencing poți construi parteneriate puternice cu dezvoltatori și clienți mari. Digitalizare înțelegi CRM, automatizare și follow-up structurat pentru optimizarea procesului de vânzare.

️ Plusuri care te diferențiază: Cunoștințe tehnice în domeniul producției de tâmplărie PVC sau materiale de construcții. Experiență anterioară în companii de produse similare. Cunoașterea unei limbi străine: Engleză obligatoriu, iar Italiană, Germană sau Franceză sunt un avantaj.

Salariu bazat pe experiența ta - începând de la 3500 euro/ luna
