Despre rol: Căutăm un Store Manager talentat și pasionat, care să devină ambasador al unui brand de fashion premium. Vei conduce echipa magazinului și vei asigura îndeplinirea obiectivelor comerciale, menținând standardele înalte de calitate și excelență. Vei juca un rol esențial în dezvoltarea afacerii, gestionarea operațiunilor și construirea relațiilor de lungă durată cu clienții noștri exclusivi.

Ariile de responsabilitate ale viitorului coleg:

Dezvoltarea afacerii și a relației cu clienții

  • Optimizezi performanțele comerciale ale magazinului prin atingerea obiectivelor stabilite.
  • Crești vânzările și minimizezi pierderile, respectând strategia companiei.
  • Crești loialitatea clienților inițiind acțiuni și menținând legătura cu aceștia prin follow-up.
  • Monitorizezi tendințele pieței și a peisajului competitiv pentru a identifica oportunități de dezvoltare.
  • Menții o perspectivă centrate pe client în toate acțiunile echipei.

Management operațional

  • Asiguri implementarea politicilor, standardelor și procedurilor interne.
  • Gestionezi zilnic operațiunile magazinului, inclusiv fluxurile de stocuri și întreținerea spațiului de vânzare.
  • Monitorizezi și controlezi cheltuielilor operaționale pentru a asigura profitabilitatea.
  • Supraveghezi siguranța magazinului și a politicilor de protecție a activelor.
  • Colaborezi cu furnizorii externi și gestionar contractelor acestora.

Managementul echipei

  • Dezvolți și motivezi echipa pentru a asigura livrarea unei experiențe de top pentru clienți.
  • Recrutezi, formezi și evaluezi performanțele membrilor echipei.
  • Stabilești obiective individuale și de echipă și monitorizezi progresul acestora.
  • Creezi o atmosferă pozitivă și productivă, care să susțină excelența profesională.

Reprezentarea brandului

  • Ești ambasador al brandului, promovând valorile și imaginea acestuia.
  • Participi la evenimente și activități publice care reflectă imaginea brandului.
  • Asiguri o experiență de cumpărături de lux, aliniată standardelor companiei.

  • Ai experiență în lucrul cu targete și proiecții de vânzări;
  • Ai competențe financiare, inclusiv interpretarea rapoartelor de vânzări;
  • Ai cunoștințe avansate în utilizarea practică a CRM, Shopify și Excel;
  • Ești fluent/ă în limba engleză; alte limbi străine constituie un avantaj.
