What’s the role about? Join our dynamic Retail team as a Sales Manager. In this pivotal new role, you’ll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

  • Delivering a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience which exceeds our customers’ expectations
  • Acting as a role model; inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmth
  • Driving sales by monitoring the team’s KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service
  • Working with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business plan is cascaded throughout the team
  • Providing an in depth knowledge of our brand and our products to our customers and your team
