Responsabilidades

  • Receber e realizar o primeiro contato com leads
  • Conduzir o processo de conversão e acompanhamento comercial
  • Organizar e atualizar controles internos e indicadores
  • Realizar agendamentos e gestão da agenda
  • Aplicar pesquisas de satisfação (NPS) e acompanhar experiências
  • Recepcionar pacientes e garantir uma jornada acolhedora
  • Apoiar na organização da rotina da clínica e atendimento diário
  • Requisitos
  • Experiência prévia com atendimento, recepção ou área comercial (diferencial)
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes
  • Facilidade com relacionamento interpessoal
  • Perfil acolhedor, ágil e proativo
