Deine Aufgaben

Als Property Management Intern bist du mittendrin im Tagesgeschäft unserer Hausverwaltung. Du lernst nicht nur, wie Immobilienverwaltung funktioniert – du optimierst sie aktiv mit.

● Objektbetreuung: Du unterstützt unser Property-Management-Team bei der Betreuung von WEG-, Miet- und Gewerbeobjekten – von der Kommunikation mit Eigentümern und Mietern bis zur Koordination von Handwerkern und Dienstleistern. ● Prozessoptimierung: Du erkennst Ineffizienzen im Verwaltungsalltag und arbeitest aktiv daran mit, Abläufe zu strukturieren und zu digitalisieren. ● Datenpflege & Dokumentation: Du erfasst und pflegst Objektdaten in unserem Property-Management-System und sorgst für saubere, nachvollziehbare Prozesse. ● Projektvorbereitung: Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen, der Erstellung von Protokollen und dem Onboarding neuer Objekte. ● Schnittstellenarbeit: Du bist Bindeglied zwischen unserem Verwalterteam, externen Partnern und dem Gründungsteam – und lernst dabei alle Ebenen des Unternehmens kennen.

Dein Profil

● Strukturiertes Denken: Du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick und weißt, wie man Komplexität runterbricht. ● Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst Dinge an, arbeitest selbständig und wartest nicht darauf, dass dir jemand sagt, was als nächstes zu tun ist. ● Kommunikationsstärke: Du trittst sicher auf – schriftlich wie mündlich – gegenüber Eigentümern, Mietern und Partnern. ● Laufendes Studium: Idealerweise in Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. ● Sprache: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und verhandlungssicher auf Englisch (in Wort und Schrift). ● Bonus: Interesse an PropTech, Digitalisierung oder der Frage, wie eine traditionelle Branche von innen heraus neu gedacht werden kann.
