  • Verwaltung eines Mietshausportfolios
  • Koordination von Mietern, Eigentümern und Dienstleistern
  • Bearbeitung von Mieteranfragen sowie Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturanliegen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Steuerung von Neuvermietungen inkl. Mietvertragsmanagement und -anpassungen
  • Langfristige Planung von Wertsteigerungsmaßnahmen am Objekt
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktentwicklern

Dein Profil

Du hast die volle Verantwortung für einen Teil unseres Mietshaus-Portfolios am Standort Frankfurt und bist von Anfang an Teil des Teams, das dort unter der Regionalleitung aufgebaut wird. Dabei behältst du insbesondere die langfristige Wertsicherung und -entwicklung der Objekte im Auge und kommunizierst mit den Eigentümern. Da du eng mit unserer Regionalleitung vor Ort sowie unserem Kernteam in der Zentrale in Düsseldorf zusammenarbeitest, hast du einen kurzen Draht zum Management und zu unseren Produktentwicklern. Das bedeutet: Dein Feedback fließt unmittelbar in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software ein.

  • Erfahrung in der Mietverwaltung
  • Lust, ein Portfolio gezielt weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Verständnis für Prozesse und ein Blick fürs große Ganze
  • Bonus: Interesse an Technologie und/oder eigene Immobilien
