Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse im Detail und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte reibungslos laufen. Dabei kombinierst du Beratung, Organisation und Sales-Mindset, um echten Mehrwert zu schaffen.

Konkret heißt das

  • Du betreust unsere Kunden eigenständig und bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle Anliegen.
  • Du steuerst laufende Projekte, koordinierst mit unseren Art Direktoren, Project Managern und Freelancern.
  • Du erkennst Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale und setzt diese gemeinsam mit unserem Sales-Team um.
  • Du analysierst Kundenfeedback, leitest Maßnahmen ab und sorgst so für kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
  • Du entwickelst Konzepte und Kommunikationsstrategien auf Basis von Kundenbedürfnissen, Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen.
  • Du übernimmst Umsatzverantwortung für deine Accounts inklusive Zielplanung, Forecasting und der Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und die Fähigkeit, diese in klare Briefings zu übersetzen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Eigenständigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Hands-on-Mentalität.
