Account Manager - Deine Rolle im Kundenmanagement Als Account Manager (m/w/d) bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Interessenten aus verschiedensten Branchen. Mit deinem Engagement und deiner Begeisterung bringst du potenzielle Interessenten dazu, unsere Dienstleistungen kennenzulernen und überzeugst sie von einer Zusammenarbeit. So akquirierst du erfolgreich neue Kunden und baust stabile Beziehungen auf. Du berätst unsere Kunden mit Herzblut und entdeckst dabei gezielt neue Verkaufschancen.

  • Neukundenakquise, Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Professionelle Präsentation von IT-Dienstleistungen und Services inkl. Verhandlung auf Augenhöhe
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Veranstaltungen sowie Knüpfung wertvoller Kontakte
  • Gezielter Einsatz von Cross-Selling-Potenzialen zur Steigerung des Unternehmenserfolgs
  • Kontinuierliche Erweiterung eines Netzwerks aus qualifizierten Geschäftskontakten

  • Dein Fundament: Ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium - Quereinsteigende mit passendem Know-how sind auch gerne gesehen.
  • Expertise: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit Fokus auf Kundenakquise und -betreuung. Stark in lösungsorientierter Beratung, Präsentation von IT-Dienstleistungen.
