Deine Mission

Du gewinnst die richtigen Talente und sorgst dafür, dass sich diese in der REPLOID Unternehmensgruppe entsprechend entwickeln. Gemeinsam mit unseren Führungskräften steuerst Du den Recruiting-Prozess im In- und Ausland. Darüber hinaus bringst Du Deine Erfahrung entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle ein und begleitest Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte mit Fokus auf unsere Tochtergesellschaften vom Onboarding über die Entwicklung bis zum Austritt. Gemeinsam mit dem zentralen HR-Team verstehst Du die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden, gestaltest pragmatische, digitale HR-Lösungen und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung einer Unternehmenskultur bei, in der Menschen ihr Potenzial entfalten können. Dabei verbindest Du strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beraten & begleiten: Du bist Sparringpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende mit starkem Fokus auf unsere Tochtergesellschaften in allen HR-Belangen – vom Eintritt über die Entwicklung bis zum Austritt
  • Talente gewinnen: Du steuerst das Recruiting von der Abstimmung des Personalbedarfs über die Auswahl bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • HR weiterdenken: Du arbeitest an effizienten, digitalen und praxisnahen HR-Prozessen, die mit unserem Unternehmen wachsen und arbeitest an globalen HR-Projekten in der Unternehmensgruppe mit
  • Sicherheit schaffen: Du unterstützt bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen im In- und Ausland und stellst die Umsetzung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben sicher
  • Gemeinsam umsetzen: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen HR-Team sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst Du mit

  • Fachlich fundiert: Du hast eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit HR-Schwerpunkt und mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner (w/m/d) – idealerweise in einem wachsenden, internationalen Industrie- oder Produktionsunternehmen
  • Rechtlich sicher: Du kennst dich im Arbeitsrecht und mit relevanten HR-Regularien aus und setzt dein Wissen praxisnah ein
  • Digital versiert: Du gehst routiniert mit HR-Software, digitalen Tools und MS Office um
  • Strukturiert & lösungsorientiert: Du arbeitest selbstständig, setzt klare Prioritäten und hast Freude an neuen Herausforderungen und einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Souverän & empathisch: Du kommunizierst wertschätzend und sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, trittst professionell auf und behandelst vertrauliche Themen stets diskret
