Deine Mission

Dein Know-how in der Industrie- und Prozessautomatisierung verbindet Elektrotechnik, Mechanik und Verfahrenstechnik in unserer Larvenmastanlage zu einem leistungsfähigen, effizienten und zukunftsweisenden Automatisierungssystem. Dank Deiner Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik greifen komplexe Abläufe und Verfahren präzise ineinander. Eigenverantwortung, eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen prägen Dein Handeln. Eine Reisebereitschaft von 20–30 % stellt eine gelungene Inbetriebnahme sicher und lässt dennoch ausreichend Zeit für das, was Dich privat begeistert!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeptionierung und Programmierung von SPS-Steuerungen, SCADA- und Leitsystemen für unsere Larvenmastanlagen auf Basis Siemens (TIA-Portal)
  • Entwicklung und Integration von Schnittstellen zwischen den Anlagenteilen diverser Hersteller (OPC UA, HTTP, REST-API)
  • Planung und Konfiguration von HMI Visualisierungen
  • Koordinierung von internen und externen Projektpartnern (technisch und terminlich)
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Angebotserstellung
  • Erstellung technischer Lastenhefte und Dokumentationen
  • Supporttätigkeiten (2nd Level Support)

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik (Lehre, FS, HTL, FH)
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von SPS-Steuerungen, vorzugsweise mit Siemens TIA-Portal (V18-20)
  • Kenntnisse in der Hochsprachenprogrammierung (C++, C#, .net, o.ä.) von Vorteil
  • Solides technisches Wissen in den Bereichen Elektro-/MSR- und Prozessleittechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und industriellen Bussystemen (Ethernet, EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFINET, OPC UA, MQTT)
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure) und IoT Protokollen (MQTT) von Vorteil
