Rattaché au Directeur Régional, vous serez en charge de :

  • Présenter, Promouvoir et Former des cibles prescriptions à un nouvel écosystème digital complet et innovant
  • Négocier des offres commerciales auprès d’une cible de pharmacies de ville
  • Suivre des Marchés Hospitaliers
  • Gestion administrative et analytique

Spécifiquement :

  • Visiter des spécialistes diabétologues hospitaliers et libéraux, infirmiers et infirmières spécialisé(e)s
  • Accompagner les professionnels de santé dans l’adoption de nouvelles solutions digitales et informatiques ainsi que la conduite du changement
  • Participer à l’accélération de l'engagement des clients via l'augmentation des usages
  • Visiter les officines ciblées de son secteur
  • Proposer, négocier les offres commerciales et les contrats commerciaux les mieux adaptés afin de garantir un développement adapté du chiffre d’affaires
  • Visiter les biologistes et tout acteur impliqué dans les appels d’offre des centres de son secteur
  • Assurer un reporting régulier de l’ensemble de son activité en particulier saisit quotidiennement dans l’outil de reporting
  • Diplôme de la visite médicale obligatoire
  • Profil expérimenté (5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des ventes au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique), idéalement avec une expérience en diabétologie
  • Profil motivé par une expérience de lancement d’un réseau (prospection, découverte du secteur, création d’un nouveau marché…)
  • Expertise sectorielle
  • Solide connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et de l'analyse des ventes
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Permis de conduire valide
