The posting

Estamos em busca de um BDR talentoso e resiliente para atuar na linha de frente do nosso crescimento. Você será responsável por identificar e qualificar novas oportunidades de negócio tanto para a NORF quanto para a Sparz, gerando leads qualificados para o nosso time de fechamento (Closers).

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa (outbound) via LinkedIn, e-mail, telefone e canais sociais;
  • Qualificar leads recebidos (inbound) com base no perfil de cliente ideal (ICP);
  • Utilizar ferramentas de CRM e automação de vendas para gerenciar o pipeline;
  • Agendar reuniões estratégicas para os executivos de vendas;
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as soluções das empresas NORF e Sparz para abordar as dores específicas do mercado.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas, prospecção ou atendimento ao cliente (experiência no modelo SaaS ou serviços B2B é um diferencial);
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Perfil analítico e orientado a metas;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (como HubSpot, Pipedrive ou Salesforce) e plataformas de prospecção.

Diferencial:

Conhecimento no uso de agentes de IA para otimização de fluxos de cadência e personalização de mensagens.

Modelo de Contratação e Remuneração:

  • CLT: Salário + Comissionamento variável + Vale alimentação + Vale transporte + Seguro de vida + Plano odontológico.

Local e Jornada:

  • Presencial em Curitiba-PR(Bairro Portão).
  • Horário Comercial, de Segunda à Sexta-feira (com 1 hora de intervalo).
