Business Development Representative - BDR

En mattilda, nos apasiona construir algo único y significativo. Como una startup con sede en la Ciudad de México, tenemos la misión de ser el corazón financiero de las escuelas privadas en América Latina. Nuestra historia está marcada por cofundadores con experiencia en educación y capital privado, provenientes de empresas como Lottus Education, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Advent International y Cerberus e inversionistas globales líderes en fintech y edtech, como Fintech Collective, Dila, QED, GSV, Picus, entre otros.

Hoy buscamos Business Development Representative para unirse a nuestro equipo en CDMX , serás el primer punto de contacto con clientes potenciales, y les darás seguimiento a lo largo del proceso comercial inicial.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Prospectar instituciones educativas privadas para generar oportunidades de negocio calificadas.
  • Perfilar nuevos negocios de acuerdo a nuestro perfil de cliente ideal.
  • Usar herramientas digitales tales como: redes sociales, bases de datos y otras fuentes que nos permitan precalificar a los prospectos.
  • Contactar proactivamente a los tomadores de decisión de instituciones educativas privadas a través de llamadas, correos y mensajes personalizados.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones positivas con los prospectos durante la etapa de la preventa
  • Resolver dudas iniciales del prospecto sobre mattilda y sus soluciones.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de Marketing y los Account Executives.
  • Participar en procesos de mejora del trabajo entre el equipo Comercial y de Marketing.
  • Registrar todas las actividades y seguimientos en CRM, así como mantener la información actualizada al día.
  • Gestionar invitaciones y confirmaciones a eventos, así como la generación de citas calificadas después de los mismos

Sobre ti

  • Licenciatura
  • Necesario: Experiencia en ventas y trabajando con CRM (HubSpot es un plus)
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en ventas de software B2B y SAAS (altamente deseable)
  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Gusto por el trabajo en equipo y con apertura a la retroalimentación para la mejora
  • Facilidad para aprender nuevas tecnologías
