Estamos buscando um(a) SDR – Sales Development Representative para integrar nosso time Comercial, atuando diretamente na prospecção e qualificação de potenciais clientes.

O profissional será responsável pelo primeiro contato com empresas interessadas ou que tenham potencial para utilizar nossas soluções de Tecnologia e Telecomunicações, identificando necessidades, apresentando nossas soluções de forma inicial e gerando oportunidades qualificadas para o time de vendas.

Buscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, persistente, organizada e orientada a resultados, que tenha facilidade para conversar com diferentes perfis de clientes e interesse em desenvolver carreira na área comercial.

Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes B2B;

Entrar em contato com potenciais clientes por telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail, LinkedIn e outros canais;

Realizar o primeiro atendimento de leads provenientes de campanhas, indicações e ações comerciais;

Identificar oportunidades de negócios no mercado;

Entender o cenário, estrutura e necessidades do potencial cliente;

Qualificar leads de acordo com o perfil de cliente ideal da empresa;

Identificar necessidades relacionadas a conectividade, internet, infraestrutura de rede, suporte de TI e demais soluções tecnológicas;

Apresentar de forma inicial o portfólio de produtos e serviços da empresa;

Identificar o responsável ou decisor pela contratação dos serviços;

Realizar follow-up dos contatos que ainda não estejam no momento de compra;

Contornar objeções durante a abordagem inicial;

Agendar reuniões comerciais para os Executivos/Consultores de Vendas;

Registrar todas as interações e informações dos clientes no CRM;Manter o pipeline de pré-vendas atualizado;

Trabalhar leads antigos e oportunidades que não avançaram anteriormente;

Apoiar campanhas de prospecção e ações comerciais;

Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Marketing e Vendas;

Fornecer feedback sobre a qualidade dos leads recebidos;

Cumprir metas individuais relacionadas a prospecção, contatos, oportunidades e reuniões qualificadas.
