  • Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, policy violations, content issues, or data mismatches and resolve them promptly
  • Ensure product content meets each marketplace’s specific formatting, category, data, and compliance requirements
  • Reconcile inventory, pricing, and order data between internal systems and marketplace platforms
  • Track and troubleshoot listing and catalog issues, including content errors, inventory sync issues, and other marketplace-related problems
  • Coordinate with merchandising, fulfillment, customer service, and other internal teams to keep marketplace data aligned with source systems
  • Generate and maintain reports related to listing status, catalog health, data accuracy, and marketplace performance
  • Stay current on marketplace portal, policy, and data requirement updates

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation, and bulk file uploads
  • Demonstrated experience working with large product catalogs and large-scale data projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
  • Comfortable working with bulk data files, marketplace templates, and platform-specific data requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
