Your mission

We're shifting our go-to-market to partner-first. Today, our reseller and partner business is built and run by one person, already generating our first partner-led revenue. As Head of Channel & Partnerships, you take full ownership of this function and build it into a state-of-the-art partner program spanning resellers, MSSPs, system integrators, and technology partners — rooted in DACH today, expanding across Europe and the US tomorrow. Success looks like a partner landscape that scales revenue well beyond what one person can carry alone: systematic, repeatable, and built for the long run.

How your day-to-day will look like:

  • Build the Partner Program: You design and stand up a systematic, scalable channel and partnerships program — from partner strategy and tiering to onboarding and enablement — taking what's been built by one person so far to a state-of-the-art level.
  • Grow & Manage the Partner Landscape: You identify, recruit, and manage resellers, MSSPs, system integrators, and technology partners, expanding our footprint from DACH into Europe and the US.
  • Enable & Coach Partners: You translate revel8's strategy into concrete partner activities, check in on their progress, share what's working across the portfolio, and keep partners accountable and on track.
  • Own Partner Relationships: You run regular partner visits and partner days, building the kind of trust and closeness that turns a signed partner into an active, revenue-generating one.
  • Drive Partner Communications & Events: You set up the cadence, channels, and events that keep partners informed, engaged, and selling — from updates and enablement sessions to conferences and partner summits.
  • Create Partner Content, Cross-Functionally: You work closely with sales and marketing to produce the content, collateral, and campaigns partners need to position and sell revel8 effectively.
  • Report & Represent: You track partner-led pipeline and revenue, give the founders a clear read on what's working, and represent revel8's partner program externally as the face of the function.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

  • bring several years of experience building or scaling channel and partnerships programs, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
  • have a background in security awareness, GRC, or an adjacent cybersecurity category: You understand the challenges our customers face and speak our partners' language from day one.
  • have a strong, referenceable reputation in the cybersecurity channel: Partners, resellers, and MSSPs know your name, and people are happy to vouch for you.
  • have already owned this topic independently: You did not just contributed operationally to someone else's program, but built and run one yourself end to end.
  • think in partner and ecosystem economics: You understand how distributors and partners create value, what makes them prioritize revel8 over competing vendors, and how partner-led services revenue turns distribution into a strategic capability — not just a sales route.
  • bring solid sales and discovery skills yourself: You understand prospecting, discovery, and deal management well enough to coach and support partners through their own deals, not just manage them from the sidelines.
  • have sharp commercial judgment: You know which opportunities deserve investment and when to walk away from low-probability deals.
  • are a builder at heart: You're energized by turning a one-person, early-stage function into a structured, scalable program, and you thrive with real ownership in an fast-paced environment.
  • are comfortable traveling regularly for partner visits, partner days, and events across Europe.
  • are fluent in English (business proficient)

Bonus:

  • Existing network of resellers, MSSPs, or system integrators in DACH, Europe, or the US.
  • Experience building a channel or partner program from scratch at a seed- or early-stage startup.
  • Additional European languages, opening the door to further markets.
