Your mission

Als Solution Engineering Intern unterstützt du unser Pre-Sales Team dabei, die technische Brücke zu unseren Kunden zu bauen. Du lernst, wie man komplexe Software-Lösungen präsentiert, technische Proof-of-Concepts begleitet und Kunden von der Power unserer KI-Plattform überzeugt. Du bist vom ersten Tag an voll involviert und arbeitest direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sales und Produkt.

Dein day-to-day:

  • Support bei Produktdemos: Du unterstützt das Team bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von technischen Produktdemos für potenzielle Kunden.
  • PoC-Begleitung: Du hilfst bei der Betreuung von technischen Testphasen und bereitest Daten auf, um den Erfolg der Lösung für Kunden sichtbar zu machen.
  • Technische Recherche: Du analysierst technische Anforderungen von Kunden und recherchierst Möglichkeiten zur Integration (z.B. APIs, SSO), um das Team bei der Lösungsfindung zu unterstützen.
  • Content & Dokumentation: Du hilfst dabei, technische Guides und Case Studies zu erstellen, damit Kunden unsere KI-Features noch besser verstehen.
  • Produkt-Feedback: Du dokumentierst technisches Kundenfeedback und hilfst dabei, wertvolle Insights an unser Product-Team weiterzugeben.

Is it you we are looking for?

Du...

  • Studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit technischem Fokus oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang (idealerweise im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor oder Master).
  • Besitzt technisches Verständnis, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und den Ehrgeiz, Produkte bis ins kleinste Detail zu durchdringen, um für Kunden den maximalen Mehrwert herauszuholen.
  • Löst technische Herausforderungen pragmatisch und hast Freude daran, komplexe Kundenanforderungen in funktionierende Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und suchst ein dynamisches Umfeld, in dem du mit viel Autonomie und Eigeninitiative arbeiten kannst.
  • Sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch: Du kannst sicher mit unserem Team, unseren Kunden und anderen Stakeholdern kommunizieren.
