Nos destacamos pela atuação diversificada nos segmentos de distribuição de automóveis, caminhões, motocicletas, máquinas e implementos agrícolas, além da indústria de cimento e agropecuária.

Temos uma oportunidade para Analista de CRM, que atuará de forma estratégica na gestão e análise de dados de clientes e leads, contribuindo diretamente para a melhoria da performance comercial das empresas do Grupo Revemar. Buscamos um profissional analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados, capaz de transformar dados em insights e apoiar a tomada de decisão das áreas de Marketing e Vendas.

Principais Atividades:

  • Analisar leads ao longo de todo o funil de vendas, identificando gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria na conversão;
  • Monitorar indicadores de performance, como leads recebidos, contactados, oportunidades geradas, agendamentos, fluxo de atendimento e faturamento;
  • Construir, atualizar e acompanhar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais, garantindo visibilidade dos resultados para a gestão;
  • Coletar, organizar, higienizar e analisar dados de clientes e leads, assegurando a qualidade das informações no CRM;
  • Realizar segmentação da base de clientes para ações direcionadas e personalizadas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de atendimento, qualificação de leads e conversão de vendas;
  • Atuar em interface com as áreas de Marketing, Comercial e TI, buscando otimização das estratégias de captação e gestão de leads;
  • Apoiar na implementação de campanhas e ações de relacionamento com clientes, incluindo automações e jornadas;
  • Monitorar e analisar resultados das campanhas, propondo ajustes para melhoria contínua;
  • Acompanhar a jornada do cliente no CRM, garantindo fluidez nos processos e melhor experiência.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Desejável cursando ensino superior em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia, Tecnologia ou áreas afins;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação de dashboards, como Power BI;
  • Experiência com análise de dados e indicadores de performance;
  • Conhecimento em CRM e automação de marketing será um diferencial;
  • Facilidade com tecnologia e aprendizado de novas ferramentas.
