Du möchtest hautnah erleben, wie das Booking und die Betreuung der Künstler:innen auf einem Großevent funktionieren? Als Praktikant:in bei der Collective Agency tauchst du tief in die Welt der elektronischen Musik ein und wirst zur zentralen Schnittstelle für Artists, Managements und Festival-Produktionen!

Das bedeutet: Du wirfst nicht nur einen Blick hinter die Kulissen eines der größten Electronic Music Festivals Europas, sondern gestaltest unsere Events aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass für die Acts auf und abseits der Bühne alles reibungslos läuft.

→ Artist Advancing & Koordination: Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Künstler:innenauftritte und hilfst bei Timings, Advancing, Hospitality und Produktionsabläufen im engen Austausch mit Managements und Agenturen.

→ Dokumentation & Organisation: Du behältst den Überblick – du pflegst Verträge, Rider, Timelines sowie Advancing-Sheets und sorgst für eine strukturierte Ablage aller relevanten Artist-Dokumente.

→ Kommunikation & Booking Support: Du wirkst bei der Kommunikation mit Agenturen und internen Abteilungen mit, unterstützt bei Booking-Anfragen und behältst Deadlines, Deposits und den Vertragsstatus im Blick.

→ Artist Care & Eventbetrieb: Auf den Festivals bist du mittendrin: Du unterstützt das Artist-Team vor Ort im Backstage-Bereich, hilfst beim Timekeeping und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe zwischen Stage, Hospitality und Produktion.
