Du möchtest wissen, wie ein Festival hinter den Kulissen wirklich funktioniert - und zwar aus der Perspektive derer, die das Ganze erst möglich machen? Dann haben wir genau das richtige Praktikum für dich! Bei uns steigst du in unsere HR-Abteilung ein und hilfst dabei, die Organisation von Großevents aufzuziehen – wobei unsere Crew und Mitarbeiter:innen stets im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Während deines Praktikums erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Personalplanung, Einsatzkoordination und Betreuung unserer Crew bei einem der größten Electronic Music Festivals Europas. Du wirst nicht nur hinter die Kulissen blicken, sondern auch unmittelbar an der Gestaltung unserer Events mitwirken.

→ Personalplanung & Administration: Du unterstützt bei allen administrativen Abläufen und der Einsatzplanung vor, während und nach unseren Großevents, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

→ Akkreditierung & Access Management: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle bei der Erstellung und Ausgabe aller Akkreditierungen. Du wirkst maßgeblich daran mit, dass Mitarbeiter:innen, DJs und Co. genau die Zutrittsberechtigungen erhalten, die sie auf dem Gelände brauchen.

→ Kommunikation & Crew Support: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Crew und hilfst ihnen bei allen Anliegen rund um Dienstpläne, Einteilungen und Organisation weiter.

→ Eventorganisation: Du tauchst in die Organisation von Großveranstaltungen (wie dem Electric Love Festival) ein und erlebst die Abläufe auf dem Festivalgelände hautnah.

→ Aktive Mitarbeit: Du möchtest nicht nur zuschauen, sondern aktiv an der Durchführung unserer Events teilnehmen. Darüber hinaus ergreifst du die Gelegenheit, an der Entwicklung unserer Produkte mitzuwirken und leistest somit einen Beitrag zum Erfolg unserer Veranstaltungen.

→ Aktive Mitarbeit: Du teilst unsere Ambitionen für erstklassige Leistungen und Produkte und behältst dabei stets deinen Sinn für Humor und die Freude an der Arbeit.
